TEMPE, Ariz. -- The Arizona Cardinals wont have Carson Palmer when they face the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday night.Coach Bruce Arians said Wednesday the quarterback remains in the concussion protocol and has not been cleared to play. Arians said Palmer would not make the trip.Carsons made great progress, but theres no way Im going to take any chances with him, Arians said. He has been with Arians since the coachs days with the Indianapolis Colts.
