The New York Islanders re-signed a pair of their restricted free agents on Tuesday, inking forward Casey Cizikas and defenceman Calvin de Haan. Newsday reported that the deal for Cizikas is two years at a total value of $2 million. de Haan signed for three years and $5.9 million.
